ImageNew session of Beginner Flamenco Dance classes starts June 23, 2009 .During this 4-week accelerated course students will learn Sevillanas - popular Spanish fiesta dance.

Rhythm, structure, and choreography will be studied for all four coplas (parts) of this fun dance. Sevillanas is very popular and is danced during celebrations by people of all ages and genders, and often by entire families and "pueblos". Knowing how to dance Sevillanas is very useful, since it's often danced at flamenco parties (juergas), not to mention, it's great fun! It is relatively easy and is a great first dance to learn for those of who are just starting to experience Flamenco. No previous experience is required.
