Newsflash
Image Photos from Estaciones Posted Estaciones was an amazing and truly unforgettable experience. Almost a year of preparations resulted in outstanding performances. The words cannot express the gratitude to our fans for their wonderful energy and support! The magnificent flamenco paintings displayed in the lobby of the theater were created by Graciela Perrone as part of her "Women of Alhambra" series and added another dimension to the entire flamenco experience. Special thanks to all visiting and local flamenco artists that participated in this project, as well as to our family, friends, and volunteers who have helped us make this show such a tremendous success.

Flamenco
What does the word "Flamenco" mean? There are several theories of what the word "Flamenco" actually means, all of which are pretty speculative. One popular theory says that the word originated from Arabic 'felag mengu' or 'fellah mengu', which means 'peasants without land'.
